This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made via nathandownie.com.
We aim to deliver your order in excellent condition to the address provided at checkout. For best results, please use an address where deliveries can be received during normal delivery hours.

We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and applicable import restrictions.
2) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping on select items or destinations, this will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
3) Made-to-order processing times
Many items are produced made to order.
-Processing times vary by product and destination.
-Current estimated processing and delivery times are shown at checkout (and/or in your order confirmation).
Please note: processing time (production) and shipping time (transit) are different.
4) Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout where available.
5) Tracking
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
6) Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local authorities.
7) Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:
-an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or
-failure to collect a parcel after delivery attempts.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue or non-collection, we may need to charge a reshipment fee before sending it again.
8) Lost, delayed, or stolen parcels
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and local customs processes.
If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received:
-contact us via the Contact page with your order number, and
-we will assist with the next steps, including carrier enquiries where applicable.
9) Delivery completion
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered (or equivalent status) to the address provided at checkout.
